Meet Rae Sadeghian-Levin
Founder & Attorney
Rae Sadeghian-Levin brings a unique blend of global experience and local expertise to California Work Injury Law Center. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from UCLA and participated in international law programs at NATO and the United Nations. She later obtained her Juris Doctor from UC Hastings.
Before founding CWILC, Rae worked as in-house counsel for Travelers Insurance and as an associate at leading insurance defense firms. Her background gives her an inside understanding of how insurance companies operate — an advantage she now uses to advocate for injured workers. Rae has extensive litigation experience in serious and willful misconduct claims, Labor Code 132(a) discrimination, and Alternative Dispute Resolution matters.
